A unique and powerful live collaboration between LSO and Soweto Kinch exploring political themes.

Commissioned by the London Symphony Orchestra (LSO), White Juju (Live) was recorded live during the 2021 London Jazz Festival. Originally part of a multi-media performance with powerful visuals, award-winning saxophonist Soweto Kinch’s raps lay over a multi-genre musical exploration of political issues.

The performance covers topics from British politics and the loneliness of the pandemic to police brutality and racism. White Juju is a long and powerful album which deserves a full listen.
